Learning Everyday

Brian was always good at catching crabs at Blacks Creek . But no one expected him to come up to us and say, "I found a horseshoe crab." The horseshoe crab was a female; the females are always a little larger then males. When I first saw it I thought it was a rock so I left it alone. It was not only his first time actually seeing one in the water but also my first time. The great thing about this being our first time is that we were both able to teach each other what we knew about the animal. When we were done we had many questions that Paula was able to answer for us. Everyday we learn something new no matter how old we are or what our position is. I have heard many people tell me, "Wow, you taught me something new!" but it also feels good to be taught something new.
