Summer Goals

This is my third summer working for Save The Harbor and I'm very excited to be here. Ever since I started working here I've been learning many things about the harbor and myself. I am very grateful to the Save The Harbor staff for allowing me to be a member of the team. This summer I have set three goals for myself that I feel as though challenge me as a person. My first goal is to keep the kids engaged and make sure they have fun. So far I feel as though I'm doing a good job at achieving this goal. I do my best to make sure that I'm around kids at all times and making sure they are happy. My second goal is to do something that I have not done before. I'm still working on this goal, but I believe that my leadership role this summer is something that I have not done before. I'm doing my best to be a positive role model to the staff and the kids that I work with. My last goal of the summer is to maintain a good relationship with all of my co-workers. Half way through the summer I could already say that this is a goal that I have accomplished. I haven't had any problems with any staff member and I enjoy working with everyone. The staff this year has definitely made me enjoy my summer more than I thought. Thank you everyone on the Save The Harbor staff for such an awesome summer that I will never forget.
