Sand Raking at Carson

Friday, August 7, I tried my hand at sand raking. My artistic abilities weren't exactly magnificent but it was an AMAZING experience. The intricate designs we all managed to get together were not what I was expecting. I thought, at first, that our designs were too individual to come together as one piece. I thought they were chaotic, not artistic. That was until we began to connect to one another's. The final piece was amazing and imppressive! It spanned a huge portion of the beach and was drawing quite the attention. Tomorrow's piece should be just as impressive, if not more.
