Volleyball Game At Carson Beach

This Friday I went to Carson Beach, I thought that we were supposed to be there at 9:00 so that is the time I came and I was 30 minutes early. But when everyone else showed up we did not waste any time and got straight to work. The first thing we did was peel stickers off a boat, a really big boat. It took about five people to pick it up and drag it over to the place where it would be painted. By the time we got the paint, rakes, and other supplies the kids were already there and ready to start. At the start I didn't do much, I helped with getting kids ready with paint. After a while I saw people going down near the beach so I decided to take off my shoes and socks and go to the shoreline. After a muddy walk to the water I saw people looking for clams, mussels, hermit crabs, and other fishy creatures.  And while that was fun my favorite part was when I went to go play volleyball with some people who wanted to use the volleyball. They taught me a new kind of way to play volleyball called "nuke'em" where you can catch the ball and/or throw it. They were actually very nice people, I liked hanging out with them.

These are my new volleyball friends Dan, Michel, Phil, and Evan with me at the end

Hope to meet more people like this!
