Thursday was a day of sweat, fun, and competition. In the morning America SCORES came and we went through some soccer drills to get us ready to play. We went through some headers, thighs, and regular passing. After that it was a very intense game of handball. My team won, but it wasn't about winning, it was mostly just about having fun. With Dex being the only tall on the team, he made some outstanding saves and goals, Nora was great at stealing the ball from the other team, and me; well I was good at defending and passing. The kids had a great time too. They got tired during it, but that is all apart of having fun and being active. The heat was ridiculous, but when the nice clouds came out and covered the sun it was blissful and cool. Until next time!-Ary
