Starting Off Great ! Not finished !!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone, Mark Rose here! I have to say today was a pretty great first day. I got to spend my morning working over at the Boston Children's Museum.Our first half of the morning went great. We got to teach and interact with about 20 kids . I would say the best part of the morning was pulling the crab trap up and getting to see the kids reaction to the amount of crabs in the trap. I was surprised by how many of the children were amused by the Quahogs which is a type of clam we use for bait .

I really enjoyed working with my group today. I think everyone did an awesome job . We all stayed productive throughout the morning and evening. It makes it so much easier to work with people who care about what their doing , one thing that also stood out to me today is i watched everyone in the group teach each other something, whether it was baiting the trap , trying to untangle a rod.  I also helped Mike keep track of the catch report which is important .

I also got a chance to hold a jelly fish for the first time , it was exciting although I didn't like the texture of it at all. It was very slimy and nasty feeling but fun I have to admit. My summer is just starting off great. The kids are happy to see us, thy are happy when they leave and that's what's most important to me, getting to see them be happy, having fun and learning new things .
