Hey, my name is Marly
Burgos, I'm 18, I'm about to be a senior at Cristo Rey Boston. This is my
first year at save the harbor save the bay. I'm actually really excited
for this new door that has opened for me and to actually have fun working
because honestly who has fun working? I know its going to
be hard for me to wake up in the morning but even though its hard I'm
really going to look forward to my day working with kids. I love kids, I love
being outside. Being able to work with kids is one of the best things about
this summer, I really love kids because I can teach them lessons on life
and have a childhood that I didn't have they are really lucky.
I really enjoy this
job because it not only gives me the chance to do something different everyday
but it gets me out of my house to do something positive. The fact that it
doesn't feel like a job is the best part, I tell my friends that next week I'm
going on a boat and they never believe that I'm actually doing these things as
a job. This job is actually really helpful, not only does it keep me busy but I
feel like this will help me know "find myself" as a person.
I cant wait to start!!! Come enjoy the harbor with me
