Encounters with the harbor

yup,that's me ...
Hey guys,
My name is Isabella but you guys can call me Bella; If you didn't know i am Puerto Rican and El Salvadorian but i was born and raised here in Boston just like most of you bloggers'. I am currently a rising junior at John D. O’bryant where they have many programs that students are able to sign up for. During freshman year and sophomore year i was able to contribute in NJROTC which stands for the Navy junior reserve officers training corps. This program gives me the opportunity to engage in many different events that others aren't able to experience such as competitions and parades.Unfortunately the school year has ended and summer has finally begun. so far the summer has consisted of nothing but the best and i look forward to an adventurous summer with save the harbor save the bay.
... and this is us
When i first found out  about save the harbor save the bay, i thought we would be  trying to keep it clean. But at orientation it was completely different from what i had thought, instead i learned we would be fishing, crabbing and doing many other activities to keep the young ones engaged with the harbor. I can tell that this summer is going to be full of surprises trying to make the best memories.
Making waves since  1986
